The 14-day personalised foundation food plan is a great kickstarter for those of you who need a little more specific guidance to help keep your food intake on track.

When constructing a personalised food plan, I always ensure that:

  • Your food plan caters to any dietary requirements or familial likes and dislikes.
  • Your food plan takes into account designated preparation time suited to your schedule.
  • Your food plan is full of simple, yet delicious food.

How it works:

In most cases, this food plan is an add on to one of the wellness packages on offer. Before our initial consultation (1-1 or over the phone), you will receive a thorough health questionnaire on email. It is to our benefit that you fill this out and send it back to me, as this forms the basis of our initial consultation.

My approach to health is very holistic in nature. The initial consultation sees me asking you many questions in regards to the different working systems of your body, some of them you may not deem relevant, but are extremely important in me gauging a thorough understanding of your current health. With this information, I can then prescribe highly individualised treatment goals and we are likely to see a better outcome. Basically, I see it as a nice long chat.

I use the information gathered to formulate a thorough and highly personalised food plan specific to you, your needs and your goals. This can take up to 3-4 hours per person. I will attach the completed plan as well as relevant resources to an email, which you will then receive in the coming days.

After a few 3-4 days of the first week, I will check in to see how you are going and whether any tweaks need to be made for week 2. I will then take this into account as I compile your plan for week 2, hence it is entirely customised to you!
