So much gratitude

Alex has an encyclopaedia of nutritional knowledge but is totally non-judgmental, and magically makes it seem simple to introduce dietary changes in food intake that cost very little and lead to a vastly improved quality of life! So much gratitude for your help.

I want to thank Alex for her help with my nutrition goals! She is kind and nurturing and put my needs first! I was initially very nervous to seek advice as I have visited other practitioners who have given me advice that seemed overwhelming and unachievable with my busy lifestyle. Since seeing Alex I finally have found some balance: I am sleeping better, am less tired throughout the day and have less cravings in the afternoon. I am even dealing with stress a lot better! - all things that were previously holding me back. Some simple, sustainable tweaks to my diet have made so much difference.
